Venue Rentals

For applicable rates or to submit a rental request, please contact us at info@chateaudufresne.com

Please allow approximately two business days for the processing of requests.

Château Dufresne makes certain indoor and outdoor spaces available to individuals, businesses, organizations, and production crews, subject to availability, compatibility with the Museum’s mission, and the applicable terms and conditions of use. Only unfurnished spaces are available for rental.

Rental fees apply to venue rentals. Fees also apply to organized photo sessions  indoor or outdoor and filming, depending on the nature of the project and the resources required.

The use of tripods, booms, reflectors, additional lighting, professional flash equipment, or any other equipment likely to compromise the safety of the collections, affect the preservation of the heritage site, or disrupt the Museum environment is subject to prior authorization.

Photo Sessions

Photography by visitors for personal use during their visit is permitted, provided that Museum regulations are respected.

Any organized photo session for personal or professional purposes -including weddings, engagements, portraits, graduations, or commercial projects – conducted anywhere on the Museum grounds, whether indoors or outdoors, requires prior authorization.

Requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration their impact on Museum operations, including the use of outdoor spaces, visitor circulation, safety, heritage preservation, and the resources required to support the activity.

Fees apply.

Film and Media Productions

Video, film, television, commercial, or social media productions are subject to prior authorization.

Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the nature of the project, its technical requirements, its impact on Museum operations, heritage preservation considerations, and the availability of spaces. A written agreement outlining the applicable terms and conditions is required before any filming takes place.

Fees apply.
