A sculpture installation by multidisciplinary visual artist Carole Baillargeon, who was inspired by her sense of what life must have been like for Marie Victoire Dussault. Fascinated by the history of clothing and by the roles and representations of women in History, the artist made an installation constructed around the form of a shoe. Her disconcerting works deal with the complexity of human experience. She explores the loss and transformation of skills associated with the various regions of Québec.
